Scott Dow, Director - As President of two publicly traded companies, Scott has had a successful Marketing career providing services for companies such as American Express, Microsoft, Fedex, Oracle, JC Penney and others. Three years ago Scott saw that our young children were being targeted on the Internet with such things as excessive gaming, gambling, social sites, predators and pornography and could see where these trends were heading. He then committed 100% of his resources to protecting our young children from all the bad things on the Internet and teaching them how to use it for good. Scott has had significant experience in the non-profit world as a Co-founder of Citizen's Voice, United Mothers & Fathers, and other family advocacy organizations. Scott oversees and directs all the activities for Children's Way. He is the father of 5 children.

Eric Clare, VP Partnerships (Manager California Office) - For the last 25+ years, Eric has had comprehensive experience in sales, marketing and direct response marketing within the digital advertising industry, as well as successful management of startup companies with full P&L responsibility. He has created national distribution channel programs for organizations such as IDG Publishing Group (3 Magazines worldwide), Ziff Davis Publishing (8 Magazines), Time Inc. Publications (4 magazines), Petersen Publishing (4 Magazines) and American Express Publishing. He has created and managed national sponsorship programs with organizations such as AOL, Microsoft, Corel, ESPN, Activision, Symantec, Cisco Systems, Visa, and the NFL among others. As a Father of two, Eric has seen through his work and life experience the positive effects a balanced use of the Internet and community service can have on the well-being of our nation's young children. He has committed to using his experience to help create an environment where children embrace the idea of having fun and helping others.

Shane Allred, IT Director - Shane Allred received his Master of Information Systems Management (MISM) at Brigham Young University. He graduated in 2001 and was awarded the outstanding MISM student award that same year. While attending Brigham Young University he consulted and coordinated with students, faculty, and staff in designing and creating many dynamic web applications for the Marriott School of Management and the BYU eBusiness Center. Upon graduating, Shane was recruited by IBM and currently works with IBM Global Services out of Boulder Colorado. Through his service with IBM, he has gained valuable experience architecting and implementing dynamic web applications as well as exposure to many different technologies and businesses. Shane and his wife, Rochelle, have three small children and are expecting their fourth soon. Shane believes the most important responsibility and challenge he has is working with his wife to raise and teach their children in a loving and safe home.

Patty Liston, Program Coordinator - Patty is a wife, mother and grandmother. She has taught in elementary and high schools in California, Utah and Africa. As a volunteer for the past 8 years with Reach the Children, a non-profit organization working in Africa, she has worked extensively throughout that country and currently serves as the Director of Orphan Care. She is also the International Liaison for this organization and has been a delegate to the International Forum on the Family in Mexico City and Utah. A writer at heart, she has written a value based program for young women in Kenya, a music and art program for an elementary school in California, articles for a newspaper, and is currently co-writer/editor for the #1 Cooking Club newsletter, "Cook'n". Patty co-hosted a radio show with her business partner Alice Osborne called "Lemonade Life" and another radio show entitled "Women Celebrating Life." She has worked with a company to provide visitation and health care for the elderly, and currently serves on the Advisory Board for Square Foot Gardening.

Alice Fulton-Osborne, Program Director - Alice, former school and college teacher, is a mother of seven children and step-mother of five more. She's a former newspaper columnist and is the author of the best-selling organization book, It's Here, Somewhere, and co-writer/editor for the #1 national Cooking Club Newsletter, "Cook'n." Alice has extensive media experience as the former TV personality for "Northwest NOW," the spokesperson and TV commercial personality for the bathroom product 2000 Flushes, as well as the spokesperson for the American Paper Recycling Industry. She's appeared on "Good Morning America," and together with co-worker, Patty Liston, hosted two radio talk shows, "Lemonade Life," and "Women Celebrating Life." Alice served in the private sector as an elected public servant, sitting as a commissioner on her local hospital board and as the volunteer Public Affairs Director for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the state of Washington. She currently sits on the advisory board of Square Foot Gardening International. Her professional experience has been with Ballard Medical, GE, Tahitian Noni/Morinda, and as a national public speaker for over twenty-five years.

Mark Fletcher, Coordinator - Mark has expertise in program development for children and in the coordination of volunteer programs for high school and college students. Mark has served as the President of the Stop Pornography club on BYU campus and has worked with many other volunteer organizations. Currently Marks responsibilities include the management of: Program Development, Volunteer Coordination, Internship Recruiting, CRM management, Customer Relations, and Human Resources.

Ray Sikkema, Development Director - As a past president of a sales and marketing company Ray brings a wealth of development experience to the Children's Way organization. Ray has raised significant funds for various pro-family organizations including Citizen's Voice, United Mothers and Focus on the Family. Ray previously co-owned an insurance brokerage firm and has had extensive sales and sales training experience in the corporate world. As a father of five, Ray has first hand knowledge of the challenges and difficulties the Internet places on the child rearing process. Rays goal and commitment is to help grow Children's Way into the largest, most effective children's advocacy organization in North America.
