Art Manager

A fast-paced position managing a crew of artists, animators, and illustrators in content creation for "Woogi World" a children's multi-player Flash social network. Must be able to work with and direct a variety of personalities to meet critical deadlines. Must be able to conform, and help others conform, to a very specific artistic style.

Illustrator

Flash Programmer

We need a flash programmer that can create user interface elements, interaction design and games that will be on the cutting edge of Flash. You should be familiar with Flash 9, and the ideal candidate will be a mix of designer and developer. Experience with Flash Actionscript is a plus. Experience in non-corporate work is a plus. Actionscript Developer

Creative Director

We are looking for a Creative Director that is a leader and a strategic thinker who enjoys creating high-end, interactive, educational activities for children. This role is also expected to be a key leader in both the delivery and sales teams, providing their perspective, insights, opinion, inspiration and support throughout the organization.

• Leading the delivery of user experience engagements, as required.
• Monitoring and mentoring the development of the visual design staff.
• Participating in business development including attending sales presentations and providing input into sales collateral.
• Contributing as required to the development of proposals and statements of work for the visual design function.
• Providing thought leadership in best practice solutions for business development and project delivery.
• Guiding and improving the voice and quality of visual design at Navigation Arts.
• Advocating for visual design throughout the organization.
• Keeping up to date with Internet best practices and the visual design field.
• Developing knowledge repositories and forums to distribute visual design resources across the organization.
• The Creative Director has an excellent professional background, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and extensive experience working on consultative engagements. The Creative Director is experienced in disciplines of user experience design and development.

• Minimum of three years of successful experience in the web design and development.
• Advanced knowledge of Internet and Web technologies and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• A passion for creating highly usable Web sites that optimize the user experience.

Part-time CFO

This person will work closely with the President of Children's Way creating the accounting infrastructure to support a rapidly growing national organization.

• Setting up book-keeping system.
• Working with programmers to set up cash receipts and management systems.
• Setting up internal reporting systems to executive.
• Setting up external reporting systems to partners and stakeholders.
• Work with programmers to set up and fine tune electronic micro payments system.

Time requirements: 10-40 hours per month.

Contact Center Manager

We are looking for a Contact Center Manager that will build a team of callers to communicate with the districts and elementary schools that are running the Woogi World program as well as handle all inbound customer support calls and emails.

• Coaching, motivating and leading staff ensuring that performance management tools are in place for all staff and that regular feedback and monitoring of staff's performance is undertaken.
• Monitoring staff's performance and providing constructive feedback and learning and development opportunities.
• Managing the recruitment and training processes for new callers.
• Providing daily reports on the activities of the team that contribute to the reporting requirements.
• Ensuring that work processes and procedures for Callers are well documented and updated so that staff have access to the information needed to do the job.

Contact Center Callers

We are looking for Contact Center Callers that will communicate with school districts and their elementary schools to present the free Woogi World program. There will be ongoing follow-up as well as taking inbound support calls and emails. Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
